This resource includes:
To be able to perform seat drops, swivel hips, front drops, and half twists to front drop, front drop to seat drop, back drops, cradles, somersaults, back somersaults and combinations.
The students will be able to link the skills and movements smoothly and fluently into an individual routine which can be enhanced by refining and adapting skills.
Students should be able to link a series of skills and rotations immediately after one another and should understand and apply more advanced compositional principles to within their routine.
The students are to further develop their knowledge and understanding of how to develop speed, height, power and precision; evaluate performances; analyse strengths and weaknesses; whilst developing, adapting and refining skills, strategies and compositional ideas to produce high levels of performances, high quality techniques and routines.
Students should be able to coach and be coached by others and suggest corrective measures / practices that will improve the performance and appearance of skills.
Finally, To participate and judge in their display / competition.
